By accessing and using HeicToPNG, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to use HeicToPNG for personal and commercial purposes to convert HEIC images to PNG format. This service is provided free of charge.
3. Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- ✗Use the service for any illegal purposes
- ✗Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service
- ✗Overload our servers with automated requests
- ✗Use the service to process copyrighted material without permission
4. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- •The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- •Converted images will meet your specific requirements
- •All HEIC files can be successfully converted
5. Limitations
In no event shall HeicToPNG be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
6. File Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content of the images you convert. Ensure you have the right to process and convert any images you upload.
7. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
